In this interactive small group workshop, learn the basics to pickle and preserve from One Hungry Mumma herself Michelle.
Michelle has many years experience making prize winning sauces, relishes, spices and pickles and is excited to share her passion and knowledge.
Guided hands on class
Take home jar of pickles, preserved lemons or limes and a jar of vinigarette (seasonal)

Take home recipes, tips and tricks
After the class join Michelle and your group to sit down, have a drink and cheese platter with of course pickles, while making new friends and lasting memories.
Workshops are held at Michelle's residence. Weather depending either indoors or outdoors under marquee. Workshops are designed to feel homely and welcoming. A unique experience for the Pioneer Valley.

Michelle started One Hungry Mumma after the birth of her second child Charlee. With a flourishing vege garden Michelle had the produce and the time to start creating in the kitchen.
After lot's of trial and error her first sauce, her now prize winning spicy charred capsicum sauce was soon seen on boutique food store shelves.
Michelle's genuine love for seasonal, local produce has inspired her to share her knowledge and to bring people together around one table to connect and make lasting memories.
