About this experience

From our family to yours we welcome you to party on our patio where we will teach you how to take your bbq to the next level.

Learn the art of braising and bbq'ing using masterstocks, spice rubs, sauces, marinades and dressings.  It's the extra titbits that transform your BBQ from bland to brillant.  Our Asian fusion menu will tantalise your tastebuds and take you on a delicious journey.

In our  interactive class we will teach you how to cook and enjoy tasting plates with all the trimmings.  Using gas, wood and charcoal.  Take home all the recipes, knowledge and your own masterstock to get you started at home.  

BYO booze or purchase one of our non alcoholic mocktails and alcohol substitutes.  Be inspired by our mocktail mixologist as she shakes and stirrs to perfection.

While we are still finalising the menu (so much to choose from) we are thinking:

BBQ'd king prawns

Pork belly

Share steak with all the trimmings
