Succulent USA pork ribs with chipotle mayonnaise.
Ingredients

2 Kgs pork ribs (USA style)
1 Cup One Hungry Mumma Smokey BBQ sauce
2 cloves garlic

1 Cup One Hungry Mumma Rich tomato sauce

1 Cup One Hungry Mumma Smokey BBQ sauce

1 Cup One Hungry Mumma Pop's Worcestershire sauce

2 Cloves garlic

1 TBS honey
Directions
Mix 3 sauces together and marinate ribs overnight (ideally)
Add ribs, marinade, garlic to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 - 4 hours or until just starting to come away from the bone. You want the ribs to be succulent but not fall apart completely.
Remove ribs and pour remaining marinade into a saucepan.
Simmer marinade until it reduces by around half. Add one TBS honey to sauce.
Finish ribs on a charcoal or gas bbq on a medium heat basting with reduced sauce every few minutes. The ribs should be caramelised and sticky. Approx 30 minutes.
Recipe Note
Serve with wedges, coleslaw and chipotle mayonnaise.
To make chipotle mayonnaise mix 1 - 2 tsp chipotle seasoning to 1 cup of mayonnaise and a squeeze of lime juice.
