The Founder

If someone had of told me years ago that I would own a prize winning condiment business I would have laughed at them.  I was only 20 when I married my beloved husband Dave and shortly after we fell pregnant and had our first child Bailey.  Our life so we thought was planned out for us.  (ha ha what a joke) 15 years later we had our 2nd child our gorgeous daughter Charlee.  It was at this time that I had the time to do what I love.... Cooking.  

All about me

With a flourishing veggie garden, a content baby and finally time on my hands I was busy in the kitchen.  Long story short I had created my first sauce my Spicy Charred Capsicum Sauce and was standing at my first market thinking "how did this happen?"  7 years on and my business has grown from that very humble sauce to a wide range of sauces, relishes, mustards, chutney's and spice and herb rubs, and an exciting new addition to the business. 

Our family home has always been a special place for us to connect with friends new and old so it was a natural progression for us to expand our business to include catering, small group dining, small group cooking classes, and more delicious events.

In 2022 we purchased Frankie our #finchhattonfoodvanfrankie which we have parked proudly in our front garden.  Frankie has allowed us to provide one table style dining experiences to our community to connect and reconnect through food, laugh and make delicious memories.  

I am passionate about fresh home style cooking with a little mumma twist utilising the freshest local ingredients.  The feeling I get creating a new dish to share will often have me doing a little happy dance.

I am heard saying when congratulated on my success "oh thanks but I'm completely winging it" and I am most days.  One thing hasn't changed and that's the love and joy I get from creating wholesome, fresh and most importantly delicious and now prize winning dishes and condiments and connecting people through food.
