Tender USA style pork ribs (without all the nasties)

My husband and I love BBQ'ing and have cooked many pork rib recipes.   We find some of the store bought marinades aimed at smoking or bbq's are loaded with numbers i don't even understand with no real ingredients (fruit and vegetables) included.  By mixing together a selection of our own One Hungry Mumma sauces we know exactly what's in our marinade and we think it tastes delicious.

The secret to the most succulent pork ribs is the braising process before finishing off in a BBQ or Wood fired Oven. 

This recipe is super simple and truly succulent.  In an ideal world we would marinate the ribs over night, but on most occasions its a throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker kind of situation and finish the ribs off in the oven or bbq.
